In this video, I will be exploring the most iconic Harry Potter filming locations. From exploring Diagon Alley to visiting Harry's house and even taking a ride on the real Hogwarts Express. And at each location, I'll be attempting a little of my own wizardry to see how the Harry Potter fans react when they witness magic in the real world. So, wizards and witches, grab your wands and brooms and let's get straight to our first Harry Potter filming location. Okay, friends. I have just arrived at our first Harry Potter filming location. More specifically, I'm in King's Cross Station in London. And this is actually where Hagrid famously dropped off little Harry Potter to board the Hogwarts Express for his

first day of school. Aw, very cute, I know. And even though this place was actually a Potter filming location, it's actually a real and fully functioning train station here in London with trains coming and going literally every few minutes. And my objective at our first location is to simply find the famous brick wall portal which leads to platform 9 and 3 quarters. But to be honest, I've been looking around and I just can't quite seem to find it. Oh, found it. It's actually right behind me. As you can tell, it's very busy and just to get a picture in front of the brick wall is actually a wait time of 50 minutes. A wait time that I'm willing to oblige by. All right, I've just joined

the queue. Also, there's a Harry Potter merch store directly situated next to platform 9 and 3 quarters. And yes, I did buy something from the store. That's right. 10 minutes prior, I entered this Harry Potter store which was stacked with a multitude of Harry Potter memorabilia. I bought an owl. It moves. Bought a chocolate frog. Tastes good. And went bankrupt in the process. Can't trust me with money. All right, so I've been in this queue for about 20 minutes now. And between me and you, everybody in this queue are Muggles, okay? Hate to say it, but I'm not. I'm a real wizard. So, my plan is simple. I'm going to run through the

brick wall, catch the Hogwarts Express, and prove to the entire world that I am a real Harry Potter. Yep. Now, believe it or not, I am actually a real wizard. I see. What's your favorite Harry Potter house? My favorite house has to be Gryffindor. Gryffindorian. Okay, mine's actually Slytherin. Can I come under for one sec? You can indeed. Right. So, uh check this out, yeah? Yep. You ready for this? I am. About to see a bit of wizardry. I would love to see some.

Wow. I like it. Tell me. That was a different cup of second ago. We have team Slytherin in the house. No politics. We love you all. But Gryffindors are the best. This man can't believe his eyes. And I can't believe that I just did a piece of wizardry in the same location which young Harry Potter filmed in over 25 years ago. And this is just the first of a bunch of iconic Harry Potter filming locations we shall be exploring in this video. But before we explore our next location, don't forget that I have a job to do. And luckily for me, the queue's going down pretty fast. And before I knew it, wizards, it was my turn.

Thank you. Oh, look at this. Grab a wand. Now, look at me. Thank you. All right, wizards. I'll see you on board the Hogwarts Express. Technical difficulties. The portal must be closed. However, that is our first location completed. So, let the journey continue in the next one. All right, friends. It's a brand new day which means we're at a brand new Harry Potter filming location. Yes. Woohoo! Also, yes, I'm still wearing my Slytherin shirt. I may or may have not have washed this.

Come on. For sure. Harry Potter. Now, Potterheads, the real question, can you guess what location I'm at right now? Can you? I'll give you one guess. Correct. That's right. I'm at the famous Leadenhall Market right now. However, in the world of Harry Potter, I'm at the famous Diagon Alley. Right in front of me is originally where stood the Leaky Cauldron. Wonder if the boys are still here. The Leaky Cauldron. How great are your home? If you are wondering what happened to Voldemort in the end, there he is. Guys, I'm in the real life Diagon Alley.

Can you believe it? I can't. Also, at King's Cross just before I attempted to jump through the portal, I had a picture taken. Let me show you. Boom! Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about it either. Right, gentlemen. Not to brag, but I am actually a wizard. Okay. You don't seem too convinced then. I wouldn't believe it. You can see the cards are different. Yep. Correct. And what I'd like you to do, sir, just call the word stop. Take a look at your card, show the camera, don't show me. And then I'm going to close my eyes and could you just throw it back in the pack? Go ahead. Throw it back in the pack somewhere about now. Yep. Uh

[snorts] Oh, you've thrown it in? Yes. Oh, you've already thrown it in? Yes. Oh, okay. In that case, I'll It's going to drop. Is that the right card? Yeah. It was. I'm going to pull it out from behind the glass. You ready? I'm not that good. No. No, I wish I was. Harry Potter. After proving my wizardry, our second location, I found yet another merch store. Can you believe it? And this one was even quirkier than the last. I Googled it and apparently there are over 45 Harry Potter merch stores in the UK. They certainly know how to monetize their audience. Hey, I'm not complaining. I'm not. Yeah, safe to say J.K. Rowling is definitely eating good.

Now, before we move on to our next location, I want to play a little game with someone. A game that I like to call Harry Potter trivia. Uh thank you, guys. I wouldn't really had a laugh, thanks. David. David, I'm Harry. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you, mate. Um so, we're going to play a bit of a game. How well do you think you know Harry Potter? Oh, I'm not your best. Not your best fit for the job. We'll see how we do. do okay. So, basically, the way this is going to work, I'm going to draw something Harry Potter related. And if you guess what it is, you win a prize.

Fantastic. Okay. I'll tell you when I'm done. Okay-dokey. There it is. Right, you got 10 seconds to guess what it is. All right. You tell me when you're ready. Go. Uh it's a Snitch. A Snitch? It's the golden Snitch. Oh, perfect. That was very quick. And do you know what you win? Do you know what the prize is? I was about to say. The Snitch? It's a golden Snitch. Is that 150 points? Yeah, it is. We've won the game. We've done it.

Did you just see what just happened? Yeah, you made it disappear. Thought I won Quidditch. Harry Potter. There we go. Okay, I'm going to do one final piece of wizardry before we head off to our next location. Not to give anything away, but the next one is the craziest one yet by far. It is. It might even be the Hogwarts Express, but I haven't been told anything. And for the final piece of wizardry, I'm not sure if you remember, but there's a specific scene in Harry Potter when Hermione has a bag that's just never-ending. Objects that shouldn't be able to fit in a bag that size. And I just so have something very similar up my sleeve. Well, it in the bag. In you'll see. And with that, the second location is now completed. So, now let's move over

to the next one. Okay, my friends. We have just arrived at the next location. And to say I am excited would indeed be an understatement because we are about to board the Hogwarts Express. Not a sentence you hear every day. Now, as you wizards know, the usual route to get here would be via the portal. But as we saw before, for whatever reason, it was closed. So, my only option was to take the Muggle route here which consisted of a 7-hour journey to the beautiful country of Scotland. All right, I need to buy this now. So, wizards, now that we're here in rainy Scotland, it looks like there's only one thing left to do. And that's to wait for the train because I've got at least another hour yet. So, yeah.

Here it is. Look at this. Let's have a look. Aw, there's the steam engine. Time to go to Hogwarts. Okay, we have just been seated. Here we are. Okay, I think we're about to embark on this journey. So, yeah. Very soon, I believe. Okay, we have begun the journey on the Hogwarts Express. The actual name of this train is the Jacobite. And yes, if you're wondering, this is the official steam train that they used in the films. So, don't mind me. I'm just happy to be here, man. So, we're beginning this journey in a place called Fort William right here. And then we're going all the way through the Scottish Highlands to a

place called Mallaig. It's about a 2-hour journey, but before we get comfy, I'm going to give you a little bit of a tour of our cabin. First of all, the window. This is the window. And this is my chair. It's very spacious, to be fair. There's a lot of room. And let's not even talk about the leg room. There is plenty of leg room. All right, we're about 10 minutes in. Also, if anybody's wondering if I bought that hat, I did. I just left it in the hotel room. Who would I be not to support the Scottish economy? Guys, I'm so excited to be able to take you on this journey with me because from a kid who grew up

watching Harry Potter, this is literally insane. The views are amazing. The train is insane. And I'm literally looking around just thinking it looks like something from a movie. I mean, it is something from a movie. Harry Potter. I mean, that's literally the whole point of the video. Okay, here comes the food. Anything you want to drink for you? Do you have any chocolate frogs? That's not us, I'm afraid. No. There is another trolley that does have chocolate frogs. Oh, really? Yeah, it's down on the other side of the Oh, no way. Okay. Well, consider it be lucky.

Okay, I got my coffee, got my milk, I'm one happy wizard. Okay, to give a review of the coffee. Very nice. However, not as nice as these views, that's for sure. Okay, my friends, we are 30 minutes in. I've just been practicing a little bit of my wizardry to make sure I'm in perfect stead for when we get to Hogwarts. I don't even want to get to Hogwarts at this point. I just want to stay and admire the views. Also, if you are also a wizard, then like this video now. Wizards only, please. I don't make the rules, I just follow them. Okay, I need a wee. Okay, I'm in the toilet. Oh, I'm still recording. Don't look at me like that, we all do it.

I'm talking about. So, right now I'm just preparing myself for a view that I'm never going to forget. Wow, look at this. Damn. Look at everyone, there's so many people. That was unbelievable. Wow, my childhood is now complete. Okay, wizards and witches, we are 2 hours in and I'm still in complete awe with the scenery that I am seeing. I'm honestly feeling quite lethargic and a little tired. But don't you for even a second think that I'd be falling asleep during a once-in-a-lifetime experience like this one.

Harry Potter. And many of you are surely wondering why Sorry, just a nightmare. Before I knew it, I was disembarking in the Hogwarts Express because we had arrived at Malham. Like, you got to say Harry Potter. 3 2 1. Who's your favorite Harry Potter character? Sirius Black, good choice. Okay, so I had about an hour to kill here and luckily the nearest cafe was open. That's good news. Hello, could I get a good old-fashioned fish and chips, please? Thank you. Yep, here we have a British magician eating fish and chips while filming a Harry Potter video. The irony. I was partly considering quitting this video until I read this quote, which gave me the momentum to keep going. And keep going I did. My exploration continued. I saw loads of

cool Scottish boats, but unfortunately, it was pretty cold, so it was time for a coffee. Great coffee and before I knew it, the train had returned. Hopefully, no wizardry happens before the book did. Oh, no. Oh. Damn. Okay, technical difficulties, my friends. I'm too much of a wizard. Hello, wizards. All right, we're back on the Hogwarts Express and we're heading right back to where we started. Can I get another coffee, please? Are you a Harry Potter fan? I was a child, yeah. What do people normally say when you tell them this is your job? Did you get it cuz you look like Ron Weasley? Is that what they say?

Yeah. At least you're a wizard, it's better than being a muggle. Exactly. Now, I did indeed bring this Harry Potter robe with me to get in the spirit. However, there's no one else on the train wearing Harry Potter memorabilia, so I'm not going to embarrass myself by putting this on, okay? I'm simply not going to do I want to put on the tie, but I don't know how to tie a tie. I'm just not that guy. He's got the tie. Boom, that is a tie. Thank you, sir.

Before the journey ended, I did some final feats of wizardry. No, that's unreal. I casted some spells and before I knew it, I was off the Hogwarts Express. Well, it's technically called the Jacobite. I'm I'm trying to live out my Hogwarts dream, leave me alone. And with that, our third Potter location is done, an experience I'll never forget, I'm sure. But now, it's time for number four. Woah, and here I am at our next location. And we're not in Kansas anymore. Yes, just 3 weeks ago, I was aboard the Hogwarts Express, but present day, I'm now in Oxford, England. I'm

caffeinated, so I'm feeling good, but not great because there's a wasp on board this taxi. You're in a good mood, mate. You're not going to sting today. Ah, it's a lovely day and Oxford is beautiful. Probably one of the nicest places I've ever been to, honestly. I can definitely see why they used this for one of the Potter locations. And this location is probably the most iconic one yet. You guessed it, right now we are at Hogwarts. More specifically, New College Oxford. But there's nothing new about this place at all because it was actually founded in 1379.

Almost as old as your mom. Hey, I'm only joking. Aside, this location was famously used in the Goblet of Fire. Probably most famously was when annoying little Draco gets turned into a ferret in the Goblet of Fire. And as we're on the topic of fire, in the wizarding world, the word that creates fire is actually incendo, okay? I'm moving a little fast. For context, I met these two about 30 seconds ago. So, fellow wizards, what are you doing here today? Just having a look around the campus? Yeah. Yeah, I want to show you a new spell that maybe you can work on yourself. Would you want to hold on to this, actually? I've got a pack of cards. Grab a card for me, sir.

Hey, nice to meet you both. Take care. Well, I guess it doesn't matter that I never received my Hogwarts letter because here I am. Here is where Mad-Eye turned Draco into the ferret. I would have just set him on fire. Feel like I'm walking through history right now. This place is stunning. I made my way upstairs to where I found the halls of Hogwarts. Unfortunately, they didn't use this room for the Goblet of Fire or any of the other films, but shush a minute. There are copious amounts of pictures on the walls and I'm just thinking like, who are these guys? Also, I've seen a few

students around campus. Wonder if they had to take the Hogwarts Express to get here, too. Oh, yeah, that reminds me. I want to show you guys, a week after going on the train, I actually got a Platform 9 and 3/4 tattoo. Harry Potter, smashed it. There it is, bro. So, now I definitely won't be forgetting that experience anytime soon. But we're at a new experience now, Hogwarts. Yep. Also, still cannot believe I pulled the Harry Potter card out of the chocolate frog. Definitely the universe blessing our Potter video. Now, the magic I've performed so far in this video has been pretty light, but wizards, we all know that's because you're not actually allowed to do magic outside of Hogwarts.

Lifelong sentence to Azkaban wouldn't be the first choice. Don't tell anyone I did it. Don't. But now that I'm actually in the facility of Hogwarts, let's go ham. For my non-British viewers, here's what going ham actually means. Take this. I'm going to make a little prediction, okay? I'm going to write a few things down. I have a story about the wand I'm holding. 3 weeks ago I was rummaging through my old stuff when I found my very own magic wand. You see, when I was 13 me and my mom took a trip to Universal Studios in America. We went to

Harry Potter Land and that is where I received my very own wand. The wand chose me, what can I say? So, I thought how cool would it be if 10 years later I took that wand to Hogwarts and used it to cast spells. just grab a card for me? Show the card to the camera, don't show me. And we're going to place it back somewhere inside the deck just about there. Now, here's the idea and we're going to try and make your card magically appear at the bottom. 3 2 Was that it? Was it close or not at all? It wasn't close. I'll tell you what, in that case just take the wand, point it at the card and say the word incendio. 3 2 1 It needs a bit more enthusiasm for it to work. Come on.

3 [snorts] 2 1 go. incendio Tell you what, I'll help you out. You obviously you're new to wizardry, it's fine. It happens. I'll use one of these, okay? Think about your card though, yeah? 3 2 1 Wow. Look, look. Hang on. Slowly but surely it's starting to turn into a one card. Was it the six of hearts? Yeah. Yeah, it was. Almost like burned your hand then. What I'd like you to do is think of a card. You got one? Yes.

Yeah, perfect. Hold out your hand for me. Was this your card? No. No, okay. What I want you to do point the wand and say the word changeo. changeo The second you do that, have a look. Very impressive. Right, just uh point the wand to the deck and just think about your card, yeah? Think of your card. Watch, really focus. Was that it? Pass me that actually. We'll try it with the 2 pound. Okay, so what you do is you take a 2 pound coin like this and you just uh you just Right. And then just point the wand and just say fixo.

Oh, that's insane. Now, uh what I'd like you to do is just think of a card for me. Okay. Don't tell me. You got it? Cool. I'm going to put the deck in your hand and I want you to say Wingardium Leviosa. You have to say it passionately else the spell just won't work. Wingardium Leviosa What? Ooh. Was that the one you were thinking of? Yes. Right. There we go. He's a real wizard, guys. I want to show you this as well. You've obviously you've seen the cloak of invisibility, right? Hold out your hand for me. Now, I have a mini cloak of invisibility here, don't tell anybody. You can see the wand there, yeah? You can see it clearly and we just spin. So, it looks like it actually disappears.

Creates a bit of a crazy illusion. Yeah, that is it. Yeah. Obviously it's just an illusion, the wand yeah, it's still there. Oh. See? I can even see my hand through it. That's so strange. Yeah, I don't know how it happens. It's just one of them weird wizarding things. While leaving Hogwarts there was a group of people doing a Harry Potter tour, who would have guessed? I wonder what the guy from before is doing with the snitch. Oh my days, another tour. Imagine piggybacking off the Harry Potter franchise for your own personal gain. I would never. Well wizards, not only did we explore Hogwarts but I feel like we literally

conquered it. But now it's time for the next one. Okay my friends, I'm currently walking to our next Harry Potter filming location and I feel like I have to be quite careful with this next one because this is actually somebody's real life house. However, how in this video could I possibly be visiting the Harry Potter filming locations without actually visiting Harry Potter's house. And that is exactly what I'm about to do right now in this random town in England. Oh, this feels so wrong cuz this is actually somebody's house. Yes, I'm approaching Privet Drive right now and they actually used this location in the first ever Potter film. I'm not going to tell you the real name of the street cuz

that wouldn't be too good. But uh yeah, I'm here. Oh my god. You can actually so tell this is part of the street though. It's been a while since I've been back home. All right, there is Harry Potter's house behind me which is also somebody's real life house. So, this feels so pervasive uh but those hair don't look you all. All right, let's leave. This took hours to get here and I'm just going to go. Come on. Goodbye. I'll be back home for tea tonight. Yes, so I'm not at the final location yet. Yes friends, for our final Potter rodeo of this video I'm on yet another train because today I am going to Wales right now. It's going to take 6 hours to get there and over 230 miles. I've been on so many trains in this video. I've calculated it and I've traveled over 1,000 miles so far. But it's been worth it. Really has. To film this video is literally been a dream come true. And now I kind of feel like a real wizard. I can't lie. And although Harry Potter is just a fictional story and the fact that this is probably just all happening inside of my head in some crazy way I now feel that I am part of the wizarding world.

Of course it's happening inside your head, Harry. That should not mean that it's not real. Well my fellow Potter addicts, this is it, the final chapter. Every Potter location we've visited so far has led to this final one. All right, this is it. We have arrived at our final location. Any guesses? Any I just about fell over, great. This is so remote. Not a bad view at all, I'll say. Now, I'm not quite sure where the thing I'm looking for is so I just need to kind of look around and hope for the best. Ah, snap. Also, if you look on a map I am right now at the furthest point

of Wales that you can get to just before our final location. Okay, maybe up here. Where is it? I'm literally the only person here which is very nice and private but also I could get murdered so there's that. Okay, so it wasn't back where I've just been. However, it's probably going to go dark in the next 10-15 minutes so I really need to find this final location. Wait, is this it? I'm honestly not sure. Where the hell is this? Wait, we're almost there. I think I see it. Oh, no, no.

Ah. Woah. Here we are. No way. Dobby is a free elf. Well guys, if you couldn't tell where I am right now, this is our final location, Dobby's grave. Some journey, man. Some journey. Dobby, look at all these. This is insane. There are so many stones with messages about Dobby. If this doesn't show how strong the Harry Potter community is then I don't know what does. I want to bury him properly without magic. You was a good elf, Dobby. You was. Now you're a free elf. I actually feel emotional for some weird reason and I can't believe this journey has come to an end.

Well I guess there's only one thing left to do. Well my friends, I spent this video visiting all of the most iconic Harry Potter filming locations and on the way I performed a bit of my own wizardry to the Harry Potter fans. However, before this journey comes to an end it's time to do one final piece of wizardry. For you the Harry Potter fans but more importantly this one's for you, Dobby.
