I'm hungry. I'm really hungry. It's breakfast time. Not lunch. Not dinner. Breakfast. So let's make a Spanish breakfast. It's very easy. A toast with tomato and a milk chocolate. What do you usually have for breakfast? This is what I asked in my Spanish community. There are already more than 3,000 people in the community speaking Spanish and practicing every day. But while you're joining the community, I'm going to make my breakfast.
We need: Bread. This is bread, it's sliced bread. It can also be another type of bread. A baguette. A tomato. This is a tomato. It doesn't smell much like tomato. Because it's not tomato season. It's a greener tomato. But you can use a red tomato. Oil. You need olive oil. Salt. Very important. A grater. This is the perfect grater. But if you're in a hurry, you don't need the grater.
A knife will do. This is a serrated knife. This is the serrated edge. It cuts nicely. This knife. This knife doesn't cut. It's a butter knife. A plate. A teaspoon. A cup. Milk. And colacao. We'll start with the bread. My bread has lots of seeds. It's seeded bread. We have to toast the bread. Let's go. While we're toasting the bread, we're going to cut the tomato with the knife.
We're going to cut. A sticker. The tomato has a sticker. I cut the tomato in half. If you're in a hurry, you can slice the tomato. This is a slice. A slice of tomato. You can slice the tomato if you're in a hurry. If you're not in a hurry and you have a grater, we're going to grate the tomato. We grate the tomato with the grater. Once the bread is toasted and warm (it's still warm), we have to act quickly. It can't cool down. While it's still warm, we put oil on the bread.
Olive oil. Perfect. A little oil. And then, if you're really, really, really, really, really in a hurry, you can rub the tomato on the bread. Like this. But I don't like it like this. So, let's put the grated tomato on. The tomato skin isn't used, it's not eaten, no. It's thrown away. Let's put the grated tomato on the toast. If you only have sliced tomato, put the slice on top. Like this. Then we add salt. And more olive oil. And it's ready to eat. Now for the chocolate milk. We take the milk and the glass.
We pour milk into the glass, into the mug. This is a mug. A ceramic mug. Now we add chocolate milk to the milk. I like to add three of these spoonfuls. One. Two. And three. We take a small spoon. No, a big spoon. No. A small spoon. And we stir. Shit. We stir carefully. Gosh, I always have accidents with the colacao. I always spill it. And the colacao is ready. I like to eat the chocolate. The bubbles. Like this. And that's it. This is my perfect breakfast.
