olive oil on both sides you're going to break a couple eggs inside sprinkle with everything seasoning and air Fry at 325 for 8 to 10 minutes the butter is smooth and spreadable straight from the fridge and makes this so crisp so good this is baked fet ailo and I'm obsessed it's basically a block of feta cheese wrapped up in buttery flaky layers of sheets now I like to combine that salty feta cheese flavor with the fruity flavor of pearls olives calmas these olives are handpicked handcrafted and hands down make the appetizer so good wrap up the olives and feta with felo sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 375 for 15 minutes drizzle it with honey when it comes out of the oven and then you can
slice it however you want and you can enjoy it by fork or by hand so good this is how I make shaa in a loaf pan I marinate chicken thighs with lemon juice olive oil my favorite Shawarma spices and a whole lot of garlic and I let the flavor set for at least 1 hour then I transfer it to a loaf pan and I cook it in the oven at 400° for 45 minutes or until the chicken temperature is 165 let the pan cool slightly and then you can slice away into perfect juicy pieces of shawarma that you can enjoy on their own in salads or my favorite way in a sandwich with all the toppings and the garlic sauce so good this is a date bark we'll start by pitting a bunch of dates I'm using a quarter sheet pan so I think two dozen dates will be
perfect now we're just going to add all the dates to the parchment paper and I'm going to do four rows of six okay here's the fun part we're going to use a cup and smash these down next I'm going to drizzle some melted peanut butter on top along with some crunchy almonds that I'm roughly going to chop and the last step is some melted dark chocolate and then you're just going to use a spatula to just lightly spread the chocolate all over a little flaky sea salt and we freeze for 30 minutes and here's what it looks like after so good did you know you can make pizza crust using chicken you can start with ground chicken or grind chicken breast in a food processor the paper towel helps to remove extra moisture from the chicken so I like using it now
mix it with cheese and egg and seasoning and spread out the mixture onto a pizza pan lined with parchment paper until it's evenly spread bake it at 425 for 15 minutes and when it comes out of the oven it actually looks like pizza crust you can add any toppings you want I'm using some pizza sauce mozzarella cheese Che onions peppers and olives this is such a fun low carb dinner option to switch things up so good have you heard of a butter candle it's such a fun way to serve butter for a party first I cut a hole in the middle of the bread using the paper cup I'll use to make the candle to make the butter candle I use a candle wick and danish creary Rosemary salt butter made with Rich European
quality butter and herbs melt it pour into the cup with the wig inside and freeze for 1 hour then cut the cup Slide the candle into the bread and light it up you can start dipping in about 10 minutes this is so fun and so good this one pan chicken and potatoes is my kids's favorite dinner you'll need olive oil lemon juice garlic along with Paprika seven spice salt and pepper now pour the sauce all over the chicken and potatoes and get in there with your hands to really coat the sauce with everything and bake it 400 for about 1 hour it comes out so juicy and this is so good with some ketchup so good here's my hack for thawing and portioning ground beef super quickly I freeze it flat in a bag and use scissors
to cut it into equal pieces this makes it easy for stuffing with triple cream bre or any cheese to make it easier to form into meatballs I coat my hands with chosen Foods 100% pure avocado oil this also helps the breadcrumb and spice mixture stick to the meatballs you can sauté or bake these but I like to spray them with chosen Foods 100% pure avocado oil spray and air fry them because they get golden brown and cook in just 5 minutes enjoy them on their own or try them with cranberry sauce for Holiday appetizer so good did you know you can make mac and cheese in the air fryer it's the perfect hack for Thanksgiving dinner I start with two blocks of cabbage Vermont sharp cter cheese and before you say it's too much cheese
that's where all the yumminess comes from Plus at zero grams of lactose per serving since it's naturally aged cheddar just throw everything in the air fryer stir a couple times and it all Cooks up when the pasta is soft sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top and cook it for five more minutes you have to make this for Thanksgiving or even for busy week night meals so good this is how to slice an apple and remove the core with only four Cuts now each W is the perfect size for making upside down apple tarts with honey cinnamon and the apple slices then cut up some prepared pie dough into small rectangles and lay them flat on top of the apples brush them egg wash on top and bake until golden and puffed as
as soon as they come out of the oven flip them around and hit them with some powdered sugar and then you're ready to dig in so good did you know you can bake uncooked spaghetti in the oven just toss it with olive oil garlic Italian seasoning salt and pepper then add bell peppers onions can diced tomatoes water and marinara give it another toss cover it and bake it for 40 minutes remove the foil toss it again and cover with shredded cheese return it to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and dinner is ready for the whole family it's not traditional but it's easy fast and everyone loves it so good if you're looking for an easy holiday appetizer try mixing fresh cranberries with sugar cinnamon and
orange juice in a baking dish then add a wheel of Bree in the middle throw a couple rosem Berry leaves on top and bake while it's baking you can also toast some bread for dipping you'll know the Cranberries are done baking when they start to burst use a knife to slowly cut into the Bree and watch how all that melty cheese spreads into the cranberries this is so perfect for dipping with sourdough bread or any type of crackers you'd like so good you'll need 10 to 12 eggs poured right into a cast iron skillet and then it's time for some olives feta cheese and tomatoes now let's go ahead and chop the olives chop some tomatoes and a red onion and we're definitely going to need some
herbs I'm going to start by sprinkling all the olives around add the tomatoes all over followed by the onions feta cheese and parsley we're not going to put any salt because there's feta cheese and there's olives in here but I am going to add some CET and some black pepper the hardest part is getting it in the oven carefully let's go ahead and cut into this slide that right in so good when blueberries are in season you have to make this blueberry ice cream start by rinsing the blueberries first we'll make the blueberry puree using mostly POI blueberries and sugar we just want to cook them long enough until they start to burst and the juices release it's going to look like this and you want to just set it aside to let it cool now
it's time to make the ice cream with 2ish ingredients 2 cups of heavy cream whip it until you've got stiff peaks 14 o of condensed milk and about 2 teaspoons of vanilla now we just add the topping I'm going to do some graham crackers just crush them right in here and add in that blueberry puree just fold it a couple times because you don't want it to turn blue and now we're just going to transfer it into a loaf pan and freeze for 12 hours M so good you'll need one bag of Alexia crispy sweet potato Puffs there's no need to cook them and you're going to layer them with any vegetables you want I'm using pepper zucchini onions and mushrooms Alexia sweet potatoes are healthy freezer staple I keep on hand
for easy side dishes or quick meals like this breakfast casserole add the eggs and cheese and you're going to bake it at 400° for 35 minutes or until the eggs set it's such a filling and balanced meal that's great for big families or meal prepping for the week so good
