Tonight, we know the name of the man accused in a shootout with Secret Service on the National Mall. That suspect may have made comments about the White House as well. Fox 5's Josh Rosenthal joins us live from Southwest tonight with more on where investigators are focusing now. Josh? Uh guys, violence like this is a big deal anywhere, but it is especially significant when it happens here. So, here's the latest on the man believed to be responsible. Officials also say that while the suspect was firing at officers, they believe he hit a juvenile bystander. The juvenile, thankfully, is expected to be okay. As for what investigators may be looking into now, here's retired FBI special agent Richard Kolko. They've got to determine if Michael Marks had any background. How did he get to Washington D.C.? Did he bring a gun with him?
Was anybody else involved? Did somebody drive him? There's a long list of questions that immediately pop into the investigators' minds. Uh Kolko also said that investigators will take a hard look at the suspect's social media and electronic devices in general. Piro told ABC that she expects to charge Marks with assault against a federal officer. Guys,
