Neighbors have been left completely speechless after a garbage truck dumped an entire load of trash on a driveway. First, the driver unlatches the truck's rear door, and outfalls a pile of debris. But that's nothing compared to what's about to happen. He goes back to the cab of the truck, pulls a lever, and unloads the entire contents onto the driveway. It's a mountain of junk. And as he pulls away from the driveway, you can see debris covering the sidewalk as well. The owner of the garbage hauling business says he made repeated efforts to get the $700 bill paid, but he says

the tenant never paid, so he decided to empty the dumpster right there in the driveway for non-payment. What happened as you tried to process the payment? We tried to collect the payment, but I mean the card is declined. The cops were called and ordered the dumpster driver to clear the sidewalk, but he wasn't made to remove the trash he dumped onto the driveway.
