So, dear friends, welcome to silent sitting meditation. So, today this morning I would like to invite you to uh enjoy 10 minutes silent sitting meditation. So, you can find your the most comfortable position with your back upright, your shoulder relaxed, And then you allow yourself to breathe in and out naturally through your nostril. When you breathe in, you become aware of your in breath. When you breathe out, you become aware of your out breath. And then you just sit and do uh nothing. Enjoy your breathing. And simply allow yourself to enjoy the nature, the nature in front of you, the space around you. And then you practice.
Just be with your body. Be with your breathing. And cultivate energy of peace and joy within you. Allow yourself to let go all tensions and worries in your body, in your mind. So, we wish you a wonderful sitting meditation in silence. So now you can allow yourself to massage your hands, your face, and your body after sitting.
